"kronos, old friend," the old man called to the man who stood across from him. his blind eyes seemed sad, his form bent and wizened. resignation had carved itself into his features and refused to leave. "spare him, if not me."
"you are no friend of mine," the stranger snarled, and raised his hands against him. "and neither is he."
i started writing fics on april 20, 2018, starting from forum rp. i write using google docs and post on ao3, and also am capable of working as a beta - although i have very little beta experience. currently, my published kpop fics are at zero, my published cpop fics are at two, and my beta fics are at zero. i have twenty+ wips that i plan on working on, and plan on beginning personal pieces as well.
i read and consider requests, but will take them depending on my free time and my interest in filling them (but will most likely accept them all!) -- and take them on my curiouscat! to find examples of my writing, feel free to dm me, and any questions about my writing can be redirected to my curiouscat or my dms!
"he was like the rain, and the rivers, and the seas. words are not enough for the titans, you see." the old man's words echoed in the boy's head, and he mouthed them as he trudged along.
his footsteps sunk into the wet earth, and he took a moment to pause and stare out on his right. the path led to the beach, and he could make out the figure of someone with a cloak wrapped on their shoulders sitting on a log. their dark hair spilled over their shoulders, and he watched in fascination as they turned around and stared at him.
perhaps he should have been unsettled, but there was something in their gray eyes that made him unable to stop looking at them. he stood there and stared, and they stared back.
However, Uranus was a bad father and husband. He hated the Hecatoncheires. He imprisoned them by pushing them into the hidden places of the earth, Gaea's womb. This angered Gaea and she ploted against Uranus. She made a flint sickle and tried to get her children to attack Uranus. All were too afraid except, the youngest Titan, Cronus.
Gaea and Cronus set up an ambush of Uranus as he lay with Gaea at night. Cronus grabed his father and castrated him, with the stone sickle, throwing the severed genitales into the ocean. The fate of Uranus is not clear. He either died, withdrew from the earth, or exiled himself to Italy. As he departed he promised that Cronus and the Titans would be punished. From his spilt blood came the Giants, the Ash Tree Nymphs, and the Erinnyes. From the sea foam where his genitales fell came Aphrodite.

perched on the edge of a bench by the beachside sat a little boy and an old man. the little boy’s face was turned up towards the sky, hazel eyes fixed to a distant star, but he seemed to be conversing to the person beside him. his legs swung back and forth in tandem with his words. “so you’re going to look for him, after all.”
“yes,” the old man answered. “i am.”
“that’s not a very good decision,” the boy said disapprovingly. there was a strange weight to his words, like he knew something someone else didn’t, and he tilted his chin up further to the sky. “you know that.”

Cronus became the next ruler. He imprisoned the Cyclopes and the Hecatoncheires in Tartarus. He married his sister Rhea, under his rule the Titans had many offspring. He ruled for many ages. However, Gaea and Uranus both had prophesied that he would be overthrown by a son. To avoid this Cronus swallowed each of his children as they were born.
Rhea was angry at the treatment of the children and ploted against Cronus. When it came time to give birth to her sixth child, Rhea hid herself, then she left the child to be raised by nymphs. To concel her act she wrapped a stone in swaddling cloths and passed it off as the baby to Cronus, who swallowed it.
